Japanese cuisine has been designated as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and interest in Japanese cuisine has become greater than ever, particularly with Japanese beef (wagyu).

Tottori Prefecture has been a wagyu producing region since the Edo Period, and beef here is highly praised. For example, "Tottori Beef Olein 55" has been endorsed as a strategic brand in "Active Agriculture," promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

In Tottori Prefecture, a campaign is being implemented for the Tokyo area, with the key words "Delicious Tottori Prefecture" and the theme of "Tottori brands: savor deliciousness to the full!" There will be a keynote lecture by the Governor of Tottori Prefecture, Mr. Shinji Hirai, about Tottori's agricultural and livestock products, nurtured by the clear blue Japan Sea and Tottori's green mountains, as well as cultural aspects of Tottori.

The evening is topped off with delicious Tottori Cuisine and Sake.
Tickets are 4,200 yen including tax with buffet dinner and One drink.
