We are honored and excited to welcome winemaker Alessandro Cellai of the Sicilian Feudi del Pisciotto. This unforgettable evening will showcase wines from his winery in Sicily, 250 meters above sea level, yet only about 6 kilometers from the ocean. The wines benefit from two climatic factors – the altitude and the sea breeze. Our chef Kawaguchi will create a special dining experience to go with these wines.

FCCJでは7月8日(火)に、シチリアのフェウーディ デル ピショット社のワインメーカー、アレッサンドロ・チェライ氏を招聘し、ワインメーカーズディナーを開催いたします。当日は海抜250メートルという標高と、海風が育んだ素晴らしいワインを、FCCJの料理長、川口康則(かわぐち・やすのり)が手掛ける逸品と共にお楽しみいただけます。
