FCCJ'S Sunday Brunch Buffet
Turkish Cuisine

The February Sunday Brunch Buffet draws from the splendors of Byzantine history and Ottoman Royalty. It is not to be missed!

FCCJ members and their guests can look forward to renowned Turkish dishes such as
çorba (red lentil soup), içli köfte (Turkish meatballs mixed with onion, parsley and pine nuts), türlü (mixed vegetable stew in tomato sauce),
cerkez tavugu (chicken with walnut sauce, garlic and spices), shish kebab (lamb skewers with red onion and peppers),
gozleme (grilled savory pancakes filled with potato, cheese and spinach), and börek (stuffed minced meat and cheese pies).
The sinfully delicious Turkish dessert, baklava, will round out the feast.

The Club tradition of a Sunday Brunch cake or a bottle of wine for members and their immediate family members celebrating a birthday during the month continues. Members who also wish to fete friends on their birthday can also order a cake for a small charge. Please inform the staff at least three days in advance to take advantage of these offerings.

There will be door prizes along with the stamp-book incentive system that allows members to earn a free ticket for a future Sunday Brunch.
Prices are 4,400 yen for adults and 2,600 yen for children (4-14 years). Prices are inclusive of tax and infants (3 and under) are free of charge.

コルバ (赤レンズ豆のスープ) や、イチュリ・キョフテ (挽肉にパセリやタマネギ、松の実などを入れたトルコのミートボール)、
チュール (トマト風味の野菜のシチュー)、チルカシアンチキン (トルコの有名な料理でクルミソース、ニンニク、スパイス入りの鶏肉料理)、シシカバブ (赤玉ねぎと唐辛子入りラム串)、ゴズレメ (ポテト、チーズ、ほうれん草が入った香ばしいパンケーキのグリル)、
ボレック (肉とチーズのパイ詰み)
