A Singer-Songwriter and his Band
Singer-songwriter Kev Gray has built up a cult following due to his quirky lyrics and adventurous vocal style. And that following extends far beyond Tokyo--to the Hard Rock Cafe in Nagoya, Bar Aruba on Park Avenue in New York, Folk Club Passim in Boston, and to summer music festivals in the UK. This veteran of the Tokyo music scene has also cut an ever lengthening list of award-winning CDs, all of which can be sampled at: www.hemlockmusic.com.
Kev formed his latest band, The Gravy Train, in 2008, fusing lounge, bossa nova and blues melodies into something familiar but refreshingly new.
As always, it's FREE. No music charge. No cover charge. You can't beat the FCCJ's SNL for an economical night out in Tokyo.
