From Mozart to 'Rock Me Amadeus'

The FCCJ presents 'Austria Night', a tribute to the country of such talented musicians as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and 'Rock Me Amadeus' singer Falco, famous chefs, elegant food and seductive wines... topped by wildly magnificent scenery.

Kick-start the evening with sparkling Austrian wine, before sitting down for a dinner featuring some of Austria's finest traditional and modern cuisine - accompanied by wines made from unique grapes like the Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, Zweigelt and Blaufrankisch. Before the entertainment begins, be treated to Austria's famously scrumptious desserts served with a prize-winning wine from Austria's late superstar winemaker, Alois Kracher. Kracher was the only Austrian to receive 100 points from wine critic, Robert M. Parker.

We are proud to have members of the Austrian community in Japan join us to share their knowledge of Austria's cultural and historical background and travel secrets. In the spirit of the wild geniuses of Austria we look forward to our members and guests joining us for an evening filled with fun, delight, surprises and elegance.
