Description:You are cordially invited to sample sake from Saijo, Hiroshima City, at the Saijo Sake Tasting event on Friday, September 18 at the FCCJ. Attendees will be able to taste a range of Saijo Sake, which was the first Japanese sake adopted as part of the JAPAN BRAND Development Assistance Program by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency in 2008.
・18:00 Greetings and toast by Hisao Maegaki, President of the Saijo Sake Brewers Association and President of Kamoizumi Shuzou & Co., Ltd.
・Tasting of Saijo Sake and dishes from Hiroshima with a video presentation.
・Staff from breweries represented and sake specialists will be available to answer questions from guests.

Hakubotan, Kamoki, Sakurafubuki
*Only refined sake recognized as Saijo Sake by the Saijo Sake Locality Designation will be served.
