IT'S SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE!!
Summary:
Suzue
with Mikiko Yamamoto
Contemporary Popular Music
Singer, songwriter and Shinto priestess Suzue brings spiritual influences and concerns for nature and world peace to a contemporary popular music style. A long-time Press Club favorite, Suzue spent most of 2007 in New York City, where she gave a recital at Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall and performed at other venues. She'll be appearing with the backup of pianist Mikiko Yamamoto.
A performer coming from Carnegie Hall to our Main Bar is a rare treat. So get contemplative and relax at this week's Saturday Night Live.
Note: No interest in live music? Don't let that keep you away from the club. Every Saturday night the club's Sushi Bar is magically transformed into the legendary Shimbun Alley Bar for those who prefer a quiet, cozy atmosphere that still provides the FCCJ's friendly service and great food and drink.
