The FCCJ Food & Beverage Committee welcomes all shochu fans to a dream event on October 28, when 28 distilleries from Kumamoto proudly present the best of their renowned shochu selection. Taste award-winning shochu with specially prepared regional delicacies.
All offerings will be available for purchase and the FCCJ kitchen will prepare a spread of delicious Japanese cuisine to match the shochu.
