Description:

In 1956, Fidel Castro, together with other Cuban exiles, arrives in Cuba from Mexico.

Accompanying them is Dr. Ernesto “Che” Guevara (Del Toro, winner of the Best Actor Award at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival), hired as a medic but who soon decides to join the band as a fighter.

Within two years, Fidel and his group succeed in toppling the dictatorial regime of Fulgencio Batista. This two-episode docudrama includes news footage of interviews with Che.
