FCCJ 64th Anniversary Celebration
Theme: Journalism's Next Generation

Paul McCartney once sang, "Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm 64?" Applied to FCCJ's 64th birthday, the answer is a resounding "Yes!". So, please join us for a fun-filled evening dedicated to an extremely worthy cause, as FCCJ celebrates its 64th anniversary with a raffle and silent auction to benefit the Scholarship Fund.

Prizes to be given away include round-trip domestic tickets on JAL, dinner for two at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, sports training kits from Mizuno, cosmetics from Kanebo and a host of other items. There will also be lots of Door Prizes! The evening's entertainment includes FCCJ's own master mixologer working his magic with -42 Below Vodka in a performance that will make you forget Tom Cruise in "Cocktail".

The Moonshots will get us jumping with their special brand of rhythm and DJ and well-known Tokyo radio personality Dwayne Wayne will be spinning the tunes for those who want to get further in the groove on the dance floor.

The theme of this year's celebration is Journalism's Next Generation and funds from this year's raffle and silent auction will be used to provide scholarships for university students, Japanese and non-Japanese, seriously interested in pursuing a journalism career.

Come join us for the all-you-can-eat and drink buffet of FCCJ favorites and a special dessert from Executive Chef Paul Dodd.
