Package Fee: Members/Guests: 15,000 yen, package includes golf fee, cart.
Members are allowed to invite 1 guest maximum. Reservations cancelled after 10:00 am on November 21 will be charged in full.

Entry Close: Thursday, November 12. (Maximum 40 entries)

Tee Off: Tee off from 10:00am, No.1 & No.10. Scoring will be on the New Peria handicap system.
Prize Giving: 18:00-19:30 Wednesday, Nov. 25 at the FCCJ.
Members 3,000 yen & guests 4,000 yen, including beer, wine, juice and snacks. A trophy will be presented to the FCCJ member with the best score. A variety of additional prizes will be provided courtesy of Kosaku Yoneyama, Chairman of Yonex Co., Ltd.

Security: This club is run by the U.S. Air Force. For security reasons, each person must present a photo ID. In addition, those planning to drive to the club must provide their car plate number below.
