Just before St. Patrick's Day, Saturday Night Live will help you get into the Irish spirit of things with Mutiny, a dynamic, upbeat 4-piece Irish folk band. A regular act on the Tokyo pub circuit, Mutiny's repertoire draws on traditional Irish folk songs, tunes penned by Irish immigrants to America and Australia, contemporary Celtic folk classics, plus a variety of traditional jigs and reels.

Alex Lee on rhythm guitar and Greg Wilk playing bodhran (Irish hand drum) provide the bedrock for flutist Paul Neary and Paul Williams on mandolin to weave melody over the top, with Wilk also singing a gruff lead vocal. Mutiny can be a mischievous bunch on stage, with irreverent and bawdy songs in their lineup. This is a band that loves to have fun and gives the audience every excuse to do so too. Come along on the 13th for an early taste of St. Patrick's Day merry-making.
