Mr. Tsusjino is joining the event online.

Kubo says elected officials in Osaka have exerted inappropriate pressure on public school administrators over issues including keeping students safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Kubo says such pressure led him to begin efforts to call attention to what he considers abuses of authority. Tsujino, who has allied with Kubo's position, will also make comments and be available to answer questions.
