Description:Dear FCCJ members,
We are very pleased to inform you of the opportunity to join our Executive Chef's very first private dining offering at your Club.
Chef Paul (Dodd) will present a opulent, 5-course meal with inspired wine pairings starting at 6:30pm on Monday, the 15th of June, 2009.
Members and their guests will have the chance to meet the man behind the menu while enjoying his passionate flavors and enjoying a considerable value; this special offering comes at just 10,000 yen per person.
Gazpacho fondant with avocado cream, Ballottine of foie-gras with peach chutney and sherry vinegar-caramel, and Best end Australian lamb with Aubergine puree and Provencale vegetables are dishes on the Chef's menu that will pair perfectly with a delicious assortment of grape varietals from across the globe.
