Journalists from Central Asia

As part of my duties to raise the profile of the Club globally, I am hosting a group of young journalists from Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) for a roundtable discussion. This group is taking part in a training scheme hosted by the Foreign Ministry.

The roundtable is an opportunity to meet and exchange views between this group and our Tokyo-based correspondents, to impart what our perceptions are and how we cover Japan. It will also be an opportunity for these young visitors to test the knowledge and information gained through their training.
