In what turned out to be a wide-ranging speech, the self-professed golf aficionado, when speaking on his recent debt crisis, proclaimed “its really not who hits the best shot, its who’s able to hit the bad shots not so bad they can recover.” The FCCJ is where history is made; here's the proof!
