Rahm Emanuel, United States Ambassador to Japan, will speak to FCCJ today at 4 p.m. on Russia's attack and how the world should respond.

Doors open 15 minutes before the event. Please sign in, giving your name and contact details at the reception, and have your temperature taken before proceeding.
