Saturday Lunch with Shakespeare: Cymbeline

Our next presentation in the BBC Shakespeare series is the rarely performed Cymbeline, partly based on legends surrounding the life and times of an ancient British king. Major ingredients are deceit, pursuit and seduction.
Set in the pre-Christian Roman world, Cymbeline draws its main theme, that of a wager by a husband on his wife's fidelity, from a story in Boccacio's Decameron.
Stuart Varnam-Atkin, Tokyo-based writer, actor, narrator and translator, is our presenter.
Ticket prices, including a 3-course lunch, are 3,300 yen for members and 4,400 yen for non-members (tax inclusive).

Doors open 11.45 a.m. Lunch is served from noon.
