ラフター・ヨガワークショップ、専門家による科学的見地からの笑いの効能についての講演、三遊亭神楽師匠による落語など、笑いを体感できる盛りだくさんのプログラムとなっております。"笑う門には福来る"とのことわざがあるように年の初めの笑いは、大変縁起のいいことだと言われています。
