Palestinian Ambassador Waleed Siam, who has spoken at the FCCJ before, will come at the club to address the "unwavering hope" that Palestinians continue to nurture, even in the face of intense Israeli campaigns, what he characterizes as "genocide, ethnic cleansing and famine-creating" against his people.
Siam is a native of Gaza, and he says his message resonates with the resilience of the Palestinian people, who relentlessly pursue a future where their children can grow up free from fear and discrimination. This vision encompasses an independent Palestinian state.
He will talk about how the Israel is destroying Gaza, targeting essential infrastructure, and celebrating the destruction they have inflicted.
His appearance comes days after the speaker of Israel's Knesset and two family members of an Israeli hostage spoke at the club.
