On the panel are FCCJ Regular and Professional Associate Members:
- John Flanagan, A+E Global Media Managing Director, Japan and SE Asia. A+E Global Media is best known for The History Channel. For the FCCJ, A+E creates the FCCJ archive videos.
- Rodrigo Reyes Marin, freelance photojournalist and videographer based in Tokyo.
- Randy Schmidt (panel moderator), Emmy Award-winning cameraman-editor (CBS News), filmmaker, UCLA Film School graduate, 20th Century Fox screenplay development; and FCCJ Board of Directors, First Vice President.

The charge, with one beverage included (coffee, tea, orange juice, oolong tea, red or white wine, beer) is 1,100 yen for members and 1,650 yen for non-members (tax included). Reservations cancelled after November 13 will be charged in full. Doors open at 18:30 and the panel discussion begins at 19:00.
