May 25 (Monday) Wine Tasting
Session One 5:30pm

This wine tasting will be held on one day only, please reserve early to ensure your tickets.

For the wine tasting on May 25, we will be presenting South Australian wines courtesy of Big Picture International, Inc. To tantalize your taste buds, here is a sneak preview of a few of the exceptional wines that will be offered:

  • [Sparkling Wine] Hither & Yon / Prosecco (1,958 yen): This is a dry, brut-style wine with a lower alcohol content. With its fine bubbles and refreshing citrus notes, it’s the perfect sparkling wine for everyday dining or relaxing time.
  • [White Wine] Rymill / Yearling Sauvignon Blanc (3,190 yen): This is a refreshing white wine with aromas of guava, lime, and early spring herbs. Flavors of pink grapefruit and tropical fruits, along with exquisite natural botanical notes, fill the mouth.
  • [Red Wine] Auswan Creek / Diplomat 70 2019 Shiraz (4,389 yen): Made from grapes harvested from 70-year-old vines. This wine boasts a deep garnet color with a luxurious texture, featuring silky tannins and subtle spicy notes that lead to a rich finish. It is an exceptional value that fully captures the charm of Australian Shiraz.

We look forward to seeing you at this event, which in addition to the fabulous selection of vino, will also feature a variety of outstanding cheeses to complement the tasting sessions. Wine and cheese will be available for purchase direct from the vendors as usual, wine by credit card and cheese and other snacks by cash only.

There will be two sessions on each day, 5:30pm to 6:35pm, and 6:55pm to 8:00pm. The price for each session is 2,200 yen per person, including tax. Advance reservations are highly recommended, at the Front Desk, by phone at 03-3211-3161, or online event page.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.

5月25日のWine Tastingは、株式会社Big Picture Internationalの協力で南オーストラリアのワインを御用意いたします。

【発泡ワイン】Hither & Yon プロセッコ (1,958 円/税込) は、辛口のブリュットスタイルでアルコール度も低めです。きめ細かな泡と爽やかなシトラス風味の、日常のテーブルやリラックスタイムにぴったりの発泡ワインです。

【白ワイン】Rymill イヤーリングソーヴィニョン・ブラン (3,190 円/税込) は、グァバとライム、早春のハーブなどのアロマを感じる爽やかな白ワインです。ピンクグレープフルーツやトロピカルフルーツの味わいと極上の天然ボタニカルのフレーバーが口いっぱいに広がります。

【赤ワイン】Auswan Creek ディプロマット70 2019シラーズ (4,389 円/税込) 樹齢70年の樹から収穫した葡萄を使っています。贅沢なテクスチャーを持つ深いガーネット色にシルキーなタンニンと仄かなスパイスが香り、充実したフィニッシュに導きます。オーストラリアのシラーズの魅力を余すところなく伝えるコスパの良い逸品です。

ワイン販売方法はクレジットカードでのお支払いのみとなります。
チーズとその他の食材に関しましては、当日の販売は現金のみの取り扱いとさせていただきます。
