Enjoy another magical evening of music and fine dining in the perennially popular series of dinner-concert serenades featuring the strings of the Tokyo Sinfonia in the Pen & Quill dining room. Join us May 16 in a harmonious journey of sound and flavor for an unforgettable Friday evening of delicious cuisine and marvelous music.
Under the masterful direction of Maestro Robert Rÿker, the evening pairs a carefully curated menu designed by Executive Chef Otake with three romantic interpretations of Italy.
- Appetizer: Swordfish tuna with herbed breadcrumbs, tomato, orange, insalata
- Paired with Cherubini's cheerful Overture in G Major
- Entrée: Sangen pork loin saltimbocca served with gnocchi
- Featuring Respighi's irresistible La Boutique Fantasque
- Dessert: Panna cotta tapioca mango sauce
- Concluding with Ponchielli’s charming Fantasia Militaire
Each part of the meal is interwoven with live, passionate performances by the beautiful strings of the Tokyo Sinfonia, bringing the music to life in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. The fare includes coffee, tea, and one complimentary drink, with a cash bar available to keep the evening sparkling.
