Resolution 20220817-01: Moved that the Club renew the Management Risk Protection Insurance contract with AIG at a cost of 449,000 yen for the year.
Resolution 20220817-02: Moved that Peter Elstrom act as chair of the General Membership meeting of August 22, 2022.
Resolution 20220817-03 Moved that Naomichi Iwamura of the Club office take over control of the Zoom screens for Board meetings, after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
