The timing of a new biography on Shinzo Abe could not have come at a better time. Tobias Harris's "The Iconoclast: Shinzo Abe and the New Japan" was released last month, just days before the prime minister's sudden resignation due to a recurrence of health issues.

Harris, a senior vice president at management consulting firm Teneo, will speak via video link from Washington D.C. about his book, the legacy of Abe and the race to succeed Japan's longest serving premier.
