If you want to get up close, counter seating provides an interactive experience with our sushi chefs where you can witness firsthand their skills, making it a delightful choice for solo diners, casual drinkers or romantic dates. Additionally, table-seating provides the ideal setting and flexibility for groups to celebrate any occasion.
Sourcing only the best produce, our chefs regularly feature the delicious seasonal offerings that Japan is so famous for. Nigiri, sashimi, donburi and kaiseki are favorites, but don’t miss the opportunity to savor the exquisite flavors of carefully crafted course menus and kappo cuisine. The extensive drink menu includes an eclectic selection of sake and other beverages, allowing for delightful pairings with the dishes.
Masukomi Sushi Bar is open weekdays for regular lunch and dinner service. Or for those special occasions, with reservation for parties of eight or more Saturdays are also available for regular service and private functions.

New "Shuka Kaiseki Menu" Information
July 16 - September 6, 2024
We are pleased to announce a new Kaiseki course menu for the summer. Available from July 16, the Shuka (summer) Kaiseki menu features refreshing summer ingredients with flavors to whet your appetite and help soothe away summer heat-fatigue.
The menu features a seasonal favorite, rich but firm Hamo (conger eel) tempura, and a protein-rich sea bass tossed in nori seaweed, we know you'll enjoy these refreshing summer dishes. The Shuka Kaiseki menu also includes an appetizer, starter, sashimi, grilled dish, sushi and a dessert. Masukomi Sushi Bar also has an eclectic selection of sake from around the country.
The Summer Kaiseki Menu is 11,000 yen, tax included. Lunch reservations are required the day prior, and dinner reservations are recommended but walk-ins are also welcome.

It is the season for verdure ("Shinryoku"), that special time after Golden Week notable for flourishing vegetation, exceptional fresh seasonal
produce and Masukomi Sushi Bar's new verdure kaiseki (multi course) menu.
The verdure kaiseki menu features such seasonal delicacies as grilled hairtail and simmered dishes with beautiful jade-colored eggplant amongst other Japanese specialties. This is a Kaiseki menu where you will feel the freshness of the season, and a special selection of sake pairings are also available to complement the menu.

Futomaki Sushi Rolls
Masukomi Sushi Bar offers a delicious new "Futomaki" (large sushi roll) for take-out during the months of July and August. "Futomaki" are not only distinguishable by their size, but also by the range of seafood and other ingredients which the sushi chef carefully considers to ensure the unique flavor of each ingredient compliments the entire sushi roll. This Futomaki features fatty tuna, crab, eel, salmon roe, egg, cucumber and kanpyo (dried gourd), a ready-to-go meal all in one!
Whether you're heading home to relax, or on outing in need of some sustenance, please enjoy a take-out Futomaki from the Masukomi Sushi Bar.
Available from July 1 to August 30, the price is 3,780 yen tax included. Orders are highly recommended, however walk-in purchases are also available but may require approximately 30 minutes for preparation.
