There will be an Annual General Membership Meeting on Thursday, June 28, at 6:30pm. The Agenda is as follows:
(1) Report by the Treasurer (copy attached)
(2) Approval of Business Plan, Balance Sheet, Revenue & Expenditure Statements and Register of Assets relating to F2017 (April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018) (copies attached)
(3) Report by the Kanji (copy attached)
(4) Approval of move-related unbudgeted incidental and capital expenditures (copy attached)
(5) Approval to put expulsion of a former regular member in abeyance (background explanation attached)
(6) Proposed change to the Bylaws re the Club’s new Harassment Policy (copy attached)
(7) Selection of Directors and Kanjis

If you cannot attend the General Membership Meeting, you have two options:
a. Send an Absentee Vote by e-mail, fax, and post card
b. Give a Proxy to another Regular member
Please send the Ballot Sheet/Proxy Statement to election2018@fccj.or.jp
NOTE: Proxies cannot be used to vote for candidates in the BOD Elections.
We need at least one-half of the Regular membership for the meeting to reach a quorum. Please make every effort to attend the General Membership Meeting. Failing that, please send either your Absentee Ballot or Proxy Statement as soon as possible by fax (03-3201-0677), or e-mail to election2018@fccj.or.jp when you received the announcements of the GMM later.
