Bullets Over Broadway is a Woody Allen romp that, as the title suggests, combines gangsters with show business at the height of the Roaring Twenties.It tells the story of an aspiring young playwrightDavid Shayne（played by Kenji Urai）who is forced to cast a mobster’s talentless girlfriend Olive Neal (played by Aya Hirano) in his latest drama in order to get it produced. NickValenti, the Mafioso, also sends his body-guard Cheech (played by Yu Shirota) to keep his eye on rehearsals. Veteran actors and actresses force David to change lines and the producer pressures him to make more compromises on staging. Even the bodyguard, Cheech, starts to make comments.
However, it turns out that Cheech just happens to be a real theater lover and the revised drama – the result of his changes – enjoys enormous success which eventually leads them to even bigger troubles…
Featuring music of the 1920s, the musical is a hilarious entertainment for all Broadway fans.

アメリカ演劇界の才人ウディ・アレンの原作による抱腹絶倒ブロードウエイの内幕コメディー。日本語版演出福田雄一。生真面目な劇作家デビット（浦井健治）は初めての戯曲がブロードウエイの舞台に掛られることになり張り切っているがプロデューサーが見つけてきた出資者はマフィアの親玉ニック（ブラザートム）。キンキン声で台詞も言えない大根以下の自分の愛人オリーブ（平野綾）を主演させろと要求し部下のボディーガード・チーチ（城田優）を監視役に付ける。誇り高い主演女優ヘレン（前田美波里）は脚本を書き換えろと色仕掛けで迫り、名優ワーナー（鈴木壮麻）は女癖が悪くオリーブと関係している。一癖も二癖もある出資者や俳優たちの無理な注文にデヴィッドは困惑するが意外にも舞台を愛するチーチの提案で脚本を書き直し舞台は大成功を納める。ところがその成功が大騒動を巻き起こす・・・。会費はS席チケットとブランチ込で1名１５，８００円 （スパークリング・ワィン、ビールまたはソフト・ドリンク1杯付）お申し込みはフロント・デスク（電話０３－３２１１－３１６１）で。キャンセルは出来ません。
