New Members Orientation and Welcome Reception

During the past two years, due to the changes brought on by the pandemic, FCCJ members, both new and old, have not had the opportunity to meet each other and FCCJ staff. With this in mind, we cordially invite you to start the New Year with a reception and orientation session, to be enjoyed over drinks and appetizers.
The event is open to new members who have joined between January 2020 and March 2022, as well as currently standing members and any prospective members they would like to invite.
The following is a schedule for the event:
18:00: Registration and reception
18:50: President’s welcome speech and toast
19:00: Welcome speeches and staff introduction
19:20: 5th and 6th floor facility tours for new and prospective members
19:30: Drinks / appetizers and socializing
20:00: Closing speech and nakajime (one clap for future success)
20:15: Party ends
*The Main Bar will serve drinks and meals as usual until 10pm (last orders 9pm)

How to attend:
Please register at front@fccj.or.jp or by calling 03-3211-3161 with your name and FCCJ membership number. Doors open 15 minutes before the event. Please sign in, giving your name and contact details at reception, and have your temperature taken before proceeding. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

新入会員 オリエンテーションと親睦会
2022年3月25日(金) 午後6時00分- 午後8時15分
この2年間は、パンデミックによる状況のため、新旧のFCCJ会員がお互いに、またFCCJのスタッフと顔を合わせる機会がございませんでした。そこで、新年早々、お酒とおつまみを囲んでの懇親会＆オリエンテーションを開催いたします。
2020年1月から2022年3月までに入会された新会員の方はもちろん、現在在籍中の会員の方や、お誘いしたい入会希望者の方も参加可能です。
イベントのスケジュールは以下の通りです。
18:00：受付・懇親会
18:50：会長歓迎のスピーチと乾杯
19:00：ウェルカムスピーチ、スタッフ紹介
19:20：新入会員・入会希望者向け5階・6階施設見学会
19:30：ドリンク/おつまみと懇親会
20:00：閉会の辞と中締め（今後の活躍を祈願しての一本締め）
20:15：パーティー終了
*その後、メインバーでのご飲食も22時まで可能の予定（ラストオーダー21時）

24時間以降のキャンセルは、全額をご請求させていただきます。
