October 13 (Tuesday) Wine Tasting
Session One 5:30pm

This wine tasting will be held on one day only, please reserve early to ensure your tickets.

The October 13 Wine Tasting, held in cooperation with SOMMELIER Co. Ltd., will feature wines from Ten countries, including Spain, Chile, New. Zealand, Hungary, and others, but with a focus on France, Italy and America. To tantalize your taste buds, here is a sneak preview of a few of the exceptional wines that will be offered:

  • France Chateau Cartier 2022 AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru (6,300 yen): Château Cartier is the second wine of Château Fonrock, a full-bodied, dry red wine from Saint-Émilion Grand Cru in Bordeaux.
  • Italy Calice Aglianico del Vulture 2021 (2,700 yen): Characterized by red plum and blackberry-like fruit flavors, along with an iron-like minerality and firm tannins, this wine pairs well with meat dishes and cheese.
  • America Tartelette Pinot Noir 2021 (3,400 yen): This Pinot Noir offers a vibrant flavor profile reminiscent of a berry tart, with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry that fill the mouth, blended with hints of spice and brown sugar that add complexity.

We look forward to seeing you at this event, which in addition to the fabulous selection of vino, will also feature a variety of outstanding cheeses to complement the tasting sessions. Wine and cheese will be available for purchase direct from the vendors as usual, wine by credit card and cheese and other snacks by cash only.

There will be two sessions, 5:30pm to 6:35pm, and 6:55pm to 8:00pm. The price for each session is 2,200 yen per person, including tax.

Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.

10月13日のWine Tastingは、株式会社ソムリエの協力でフランス、イタリア、アメリカワインを中心としてスペイン、チリ、ニュージーランド、ハンガリー等10ヶ国ワインを御用意いたします。

【フランス】シャトー・カルティエ 2022年 (6,300 円) は、シャトー・フォンロックの2nd ワインで、ボルドー、サンテミリオン・グラン・クリュ・フルボディ辛口赤ワインです。
【イタリア】アリアニコ・デル・ヴルトゥレ・カリチェ 2021年 (2,700 円) は、赤プラムやブラックベリー系の果実味に、鉄っぽいミネラル感と引き締まったタンニンが特徴で肉料理、チーズなどにとても相性の良いワインです。
【アメリカ】タルトレット・ピノ・ノワール 2021年 (3,400 円) は、口いっぱいに広がるイチゴ、ラズベリー、ブルーベリーと 複雑さを添えるスパイスやブラウンシュガーの風味がまじりまるで ベリータルトを想像するような華やかな味わいのピノ・ノワールです。

ワイン販売方法はクレジットカードでのお支払いのみとなります。
チーズとその他の食材に関しましては、当日の販売は現金のみの取り扱いとさせていただきます。
