From a children’s toy to an international communication medium and basic tool for space rocket technology, the technique of ORIGAMI has been developed from the ancient days to the present and the future.
Learn origami skills from Mr. Kazuo Kobayashi, the Director of Origami Hall in Ochanomizu who has been sent abroad several times by the Foreign Ministry to promote Japanese culture through this fascinating paper craft.
To celebrate family gatherings, our restaurant has prepared a fabulous Saturday Tea Time with tea/coffee/or juice with cake at 2,500 yen for adults and 2,000 yen for minors at 15 years of age and under.

折り紙ワークショップ
11月27日（土）13:00-15:00 (開場12:30)
子供たちの手遊びから国際交流のメディア、または宇宙ロケットの設計開発まで、折り紙の歴史は古代から現代、そして未来まで続きます。1858年（安政5年）創業の和紙の老舗「湯島の小林」四代目会長でおりがみ会館館長、国際おりがみ協会理事長小林一夫氏のご指導で参加者全員が折り紙を講習します。
レストランが腕によりかけて提供する土曜日のティー･タイム (紅茶、コーヒーまたはジュースとケーキ付) も是非ご堪能下さい。FCCJにとっては久しぶりのファミリー･イベントのため会費は大人2,500円、小人 (15歳以下) 2,000円に。
