On April 13, 2025, Osaka will play host to its second World Expo. Under the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives", the six-month event with over 150 countries will showcase a variety of new technologies, including "flying cars." Some 28 million visitors are expected to visit the Osaka-based Expo, the second time the city has held the event.

Despite widely reported problems with construction delays, Expo organizers say it's all systems go for the Grand Opening next April. Join FCCJ as Expo Event Planning Committee Co-chairs Senko Ikenobo and Hiroshi Osaki, and Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition Deputy Secretary General, Jun Takashina, update us on the progress of Expo preparation and the various events planned.
