Jazz Fusion
Ake Kubota (piano) and Tetsuya Mashine (bass) have been performing together on stage for over 25 years in pursuit of fusion between balanced harmony, complex dynamism and spontaneous groove in their music, offering listeners a soothing but also sophisticated musical experience. Through their work together as a duo, and through collaborations with a variety of musical groups ranging from classical to jazz fusion, the artists' repertoire has expanded to include uniquely arranged covers of standard tunes as well as original compositions.
