Feel Good Roots Rock
Join us for an evening of fun and dancing. The Moonshots create a concoction of original and cover songs in what they call “feel good roots rock,” music that combines blues, country, rock and Latin influences. You simply can’t sit still listening to this band. Moonshots full band (7-piece) are vocalist Andy Atkins, guitarist Steven Cray, percussionist Pequeño, drummer Toshi Chatani, bass Itsuto, backing vocalists Ciara Shaughnessy and Chiharu Tsubaki. They always have fun and it’s contagious! The band has released two studio albums: ‘Ten Year Testimonial’ (2010) and ‘Pieces Falling’ (2015), and are currently working on their third, “Tangled Roots,” scheduled for release later this year.
And remember, it’s free. No cover charge. No music charge. You just can’t beat SNL for an exciting, entertaining night out in Tokyo.
