Tokyo Sinfonia presents the Romeo & Juliet Serenade, featuring music by three of the great romantic composers: Charles Gounod, Sergey Prokofieff and Pytor Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
FCCJ Executive Chef Otake and his team are preparing an aperitif of Tarte Pomme d'Amour Bell Rose Salad, to be followed by the Prelude and Introduction from the opera Romeo & Juliet by Gounod. Normandy-style pork fillet sauce chasseur is the main course, served amid the Three Dances from Sergey Prokofieff’s Romeo and Juliet ballet.
Dessert is Mousseline with Italian Meringue of Strawberry, along with the fantasy-overture Romeo and Juliet Tchaikovsky.
This gorgeous menu of music is served live, up close and in person for you by Tokyo Sinfonia under the baton of Robert Ryker. A cash bar is also available.
The dress code encompasses graciously casual and charmingly formal.
