Thanksgiving dinners are celebrated throughout the world to commemorate the harvest.
In Japan, for Thanksgiving Dinner, the FCCJ's brilliant Chef Tadaaki Shimizu has prepared a scrumptious dinner consisting of:

Pate de Campagne with salad, hazel nuts flavor
Soup
Shogouin Kabura Soup with Kintoki Carrots
Fish
Sauteed Red Snapper with Tomato Sauce
Meat
Roasted Turkey with Cranberry and Gravy Sauce
Dessert
Classic Pumpkin Tart
Coffee or tea
Price 8,000 yen plus 10% tax (8,800yen)

農作物の豊穣を祝うための祝日、“収穫感謝祭”。この度、Pen & Quill Dining Roomでは、“収穫感謝祭” 限定のコースをご提供いたします。
普段はご自宅で祝う事の多い皆様も、今年は是非FCCJにお越しになりませんか。シェフの清水忠明が腕によりをかけた料理の数々をお届けいたします。
勿論“収穫感謝祭”を祝う習慣の無い方もこの日だけしかご用意しない料理をお楽しみいただけますので、ご家族はもちろん、ご友人等、大切な方々とご一緒に御利用下さい。スタッフ一同心よりお待ち申し上げております。
