The Tokyo Sinfonia presents a French Serenade in their 74th dinner concert featuring music by three great composers of France, Jules Emile Frédéric Massenet, Georges Bizet and Gabriel Urbain Fauré.
FCCJ Executive Chef Otake and his team are preparing a sumptuous dinner, starting with an aperitif of Tuna Tartare with Remoulade and Chicken Egg Salad Vichyssoise, to be followed by Massenet's Scenes Feéries.
The main course of the dinner service is Caillette Style Pork, Shrimp and Squid after which the orchestra will present Bizet's charming Scenes Bohémiennes.
Your dessert will be Nougat Glacé with Caramel Cream Sauce, concluding with Fauré’s Masques et Bergamasques. The FCCJ Cash Bar will be standing by too to satisfy your thirst.
This gorgeous evening - menu and music - is served live, up close and in person for you by the strings of the Tokyo Sinfonia under the baton of Robert Ryker. The dress code extends from graciously casual to charmingly formal. This perfect pairing of menu & music is a memorable way to entertain friends, colleagues, or clients.

ディナーコンサートは、コースディナーとオーケストラが奏でる豊かなサウンドを、エレガントな雰囲気の中にもリラックスしてお楽しみいただきます。
毎回、違う国をテーマとし、第74回の今回は、食事と音楽の絶妙なコラボレーションで、フランスの旅へとお客様をいざないます。

音楽はロバート・ライカー指揮、東京シンフォニア演奏、フランスのファンタジーをお楽しみください。
また加えてシェフ大竹氏が腕を振るうディナーにもどうぞご期待ください。
マグロタルタルのレムラードと鶏の卵サラダ添え、ヴィシソワーズ、『おとぎの国の風景（マスネ）』、豚肉の小海老と烏賊のカイエット仕立て、『ボヘミアの情景（ビゼー）』、ヌガーグラッセとキャラメルクリームソース、『マスクとベルガマスク（フォーレ）』、コーヒー・紅茶。
