YC&AC Bon Odori Invitation

Dear Members,
Our reciprocal club, the Yokohama Country and Athletic Club (YC&AC), has extended an invitation to all FCCJ members (and their guests) to attend their Bon Odori event on August 1 at the YC&AC in Yokohama. In addition to Bon Odori, Members will also have access to many other facilities and services throughout the day. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis via the link below. Please note that parking will not be available.

The Yokohama Country & Athletic Club (YC&AC) warmly invites you to join us for our 47th Annual International Bon odori Festival - an evening of traditional dance, food, and festival games, along with a full day of pool activities. In addition to the pool, the playground, part of the artificial pitch, and the restaurant will also be accessible during the day. Please note the pool access is limited to 20 sign-ups to ensure safety, whether individual or family. We recommend registering early to secure a spot.
Date: Saturday, August 1st
Venue: YC&AC, 11-1 Yaguchidai, Naka-ku, Yokohama
What to Bring: Yukata, swimwear if swimming (reservation required)
Payment: Upon consumption, by credit card, cash or Pasmo
SCHEDULE
09:00 – 18:00: Pool open, with games organized at select times during the day
16:00 – 17:00: Change into Yukata - with help from members of the International Exchange Department, Costume Culture Research Society
17:30 – 21:00: Bon Odori Festival on the Club field - traditional dancing, taiko drumming, festival games, and food stalls
