83rd All-Japan Three-Cushion Championship Final

Experience the quiet intensity of Japan's premier billiards event - the Prince Tomohito Cup. This tournament pits the nation’s elite against one another in a quest for the title of National Champion. In this billiards variation, tuxedoed pros attempt to hit the cushion three times before the target ball while strategizing several shots ahead, hence the more common name “chess on a table.”
In an exclusive for FCCJ members, the Sports Committee has secured free tickets (normally 3,000 yen) to the final in Kasumigaseki. Members and their guests are welcome, however capacity is limited to twelve participants. Attendees must accompany the Sports Committee Chairman to access the event on the day.

Attendees will meet at the Kasumigaseki Plaza Hall reception (B1) in the Kasumigaseki Building at 14:30.
The final will start at 15:00 and is expected to conclude within two hours.

寛仁親王杯 第83回 全日本スリークッション選手権大会 決勝観戦の御案内

スポーツ委員会は様々な競技参加と観戦を企画してまいります。
ビリヤード競技における「テーブル上のチェス」と言われるスリークッションゲームは3つの球を用いて行なう競技です。
「イギリス式ビリヤード」とも呼ばれイギリス国内で盛んに行なわれ、現在ではEUを中心に東は日本、南は南米諸国を転戦して年間ツアーチャンピオンを決める試合が行われております。
今回の観戦は日本国内のチャンピオンを決める大会です。
タキシード姿で競技に集中するプレーヤーの姿はサバンナで狩りをする動物の様であり、かつ優雅で試合会場は静寂に包まれて、ボールとボールが接触する音と観客の凝視、息をのむスリルを感じます。普段目にしないスポーツを観戦するチャンスです。
今回のみ観戦料は無料です。（通常は、決勝１日券3,000円）

先着12名（会員御友人の同伴も可能）で要予約となります。
決勝は15時に開始され、試合終了まで2時間以内と予想されます。
なお会場への入場は、スポーツ委員会委員長の同伴が条件となりますので集合場所にお集まりください。
