A Special Exhibition Reception on December 19
On behalf of the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Japan, it is our great pleasure to invite you to a special reception celebrating Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado’s December “Wild Birds” photographic exhibition, to be held at the FCCJ in Marunouchi on Saturday, December 19, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
This special afternoon will offer guests an opportunity to view Her Imperial Highness’s photography and hear the Princess speak about her passion for wild birds and how they are indicators of our environment’s wellbeing.
To celebrate the occasion, the FCCJ will also present an intimate mini-concert featuring Steinway Artist Yuko Sano and cellist Rin Tsuburai, who will perform a selection of classical favorites before the Princess’s talk. (Piano courtesy of : STEINWAY & SONS)

Admission: Members 2,000 yen, Non-members 3,000 yen (incl. one drink and Bruyen Champagne will be served)

**Following the reception, from 6:30pm, FCCJ will also host a concert by the Tokyo Embassy Choir in the Main Bar (in line with FCCJ's Saturday Nite Live).

特別な展示レセプションへの御招待
来る12月、 日本外国特派員協会・展示委員会は、高円宮家 憲仁親王妃 久子殿下「野鳥」写真展を開催いたします。
これを記念し12月19日 (土）午後2時から高円宮 妃久子殿下を謹んでお迎えし御講演いただくことになりました。
ここに皆様をこの栄えある展示レセプション・講演会へ御案内できます事を光栄に思います。
ぜひこの機会に妃殿下の貴重な作品の数々を御鑑賞下さい。
当日は、バードライフ・インターナショナル名誉総裁として20年以上にわたり熱心に活動なさる妃殿下の野鳥への情熱、
環境の指標となる存在である野鳥、しかし絶滅の危機に瀕する種への懸念などについて御講演いただきます。
妃殿下の御講演に先立ちスタインウェイ・アーティスト佐野 優子氏 (ピアノ)と、粒 来琳氏 (チェロ) によリクラシックの名曲が披露されます。
