The FCCJ Presents A Russian Serenade – Dinner Concert featuring the Music of The Tokyo Sinfonia

This gorgeous evening is served for you live, up close and in person, by the strings of The Tokyo Sinfonia under the baton of Robert Rÿker. Tastefully interspersed between the mouth-watering courses graciously prepared and served to you and your guests by our executive chef and staff, The Tokyo Sinfonia will serenade you with nostalgic favorites by Rachmaninoff, Prokofieff, Mussorgsky, and Tchaikovsky.
Executive Chef Katanosaka and his team start the evening with a tasty Russian aperitif of Olivier Salad with Marinated Salmon. The Tokyo Sinfonia then takes the stage to perform Rachmaninoff’s Romance and Scherzo.
The main course is our executive chef’s hearty and tender Beef Steak with Sauce Chaliapin. And for the digestion: Prokofieff’s sparkling Sinfonietta in A Major.
The timeless dessert of old Russia is Poached Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream Romanoff Style. The musical finale then is Mussorgsky’s delightful Dances of Khovantchina.
And if you want a bit more (you need to ask), Tchaikovsky’s La Moissan will charm.

片之坂総料理長とそのチームは、マリネしたサーモンを添えたオリヴィエサラダという風味豊かなロシア風アペリティフで夕べの幕を開けます。
ラフマニノフの『ロマンス』と『スケルツォ』の演奏
コース2
メインディッシュは、総料理長特製の、ボリュームたっぷりで柔らかなビーフステーキ、シャリアピンソース添えです。
プロコフィエフの軽快な『シンフォニエッタ イ長調』の演奏が続きます。
コース3
古き良きロシアの時代を超えたデザートは、バニラアイスクリームを添えた「ロマノフ風ポーチド・ペア」です。
音楽のフィナーレは、ムソルグスキーの心躍る『ホヴァンチナの踊り』です。
