Toyama Night 
Toyama City -one of The New York Times’ 52 Places to Go in 2025- comes to Tokyo!

To celebrate its selection as one of The New York Times’ 52 Places to Go in 2025, Toyama City will host a special event, "TOYAMA NIGHT," to introduce the city’s unique charm to local and global media.

Toyama has attracted global attention as a model Compact City where a rich natural environment coexists with advanced urban policies. The city beautifully blends nature and modern life, tradition and innovation-offering the majestic Tateyama mountain range, the bounty of Toyama Bay and the 300-year-old traditional performance of Owara Kaze no Bon.

Guests can enjoy visiting booths by the Toyama Tourism Association and Toyama Glass exhibits, plus a live performance of Ecchu-Owara.
Local specialties such as yellowtail shabu-shabu and masu-sushi (trout sushi) will be served, paired with Toyama’s finest sake.
A KAHOOT! quiz will also give participants the chance to win Toyama’s specialty products.

We warmly invite Regular Members and Professional Associate Members to experience firsthand the quiet beauty, strength and heartfelt warmth of Toyama City.

  • Welcome remarks by the Mayor of Toyama City
  • Presentation on Toyama City (about 10 min)
  • Live performance of Ecchu-Owara (about 20 min)
  • Buffet featuring Toyama ingredients and local sake; networking with Toyama representatives
  • KAHOOT! Quiz—Win products from Toyama!

Participation fee: free of charge, with food (Buffet) and drinks using ingredients from Toyama City.

富山市は "The New York Times「52 Places to Go in 2025」" に選出されたことを記念し、その魅力を国内外のメディアの方々へ御紹介する特別イベント「富山ナイト（TOYAMA NIGHT）」を開催いたします。

富山市は、 The New York Times「52 Places to Go in 2025」に選ばれた都市として国内外から注目を集めており、豊かな自然環境と先進的な都市政策が共存する"コンパクトシティ"のモデルとしても、高い評価を受けています。
北アルプス立山連峰の壮大な山並みと日本海・富山湾の豊かな恵み、そして300年以上の歴史を誇る伝統芸能「おわら風の盆」など都市と自然、伝統と革新が美しく調和する街です。
当日は観光ブースや富山ガラスなどの展示をはじめ、伝統ある「越中おわら」の特別演舞、富山の農産物を使用したブリのしゃぶしゃぶ（ブリしゃぶ）やます寿しなどの料理・富山の日本酒の御提供も予定しております。
さらに、富山の特産物が当たる抽選会も御用意しております。富山市が持つ静かな美しさ、強さ、そして温もりを、ぜひ会場にて肌で感じていただければ幸いです。
