As the Principal Representative of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government in Japan and Korea, my mission is to promote closer economic and trade ties, understanding and cooperation, as well as cultural and tourism exchange amongst Hong Kong, Japan and Korea.

During my professional career, I worked in various policy areas in the HKSAR Government and developed strong interests and networks in trade, commerce and aviation. I was also seconded by the HKSAR Government to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) to serve as the Finance Director of the Secretariat.

Hinza Asif is the CEO of NFTStudio24, Japan's first decentralized media platform. She is also the President of 一般社団法人Asia Web3 Alliance Japan - AWAJ, an association registered in Japan, dedicated to connecting Asia's Web3 ecosystem with Japan. As a South Asian businesswoman, Hinza advocates for the adoption of Web3 and Blockchain technology through collaboration and networking. She has 8 years of experience in the media industry, specializing in Digital Marketing and building alliances between businesses and governments. Additionally, she has worked in the field of IT and blockchain technology for 5 years.

Hinza is contributing to promoting Web3 to the world by helping startups and individuals find their ground in the space. She is also building an interactive Web3 community where every member has a chance to showcase their talent and rise to success through 一般社団法人Asia Web3 Alliance Japan - AWAJ. Her ultimate goal is to bridge gaps and create fruitful connections between all stakeholders, fostering growth and collaboration in the Web3 industry, especially in Japan and Asia. Hinza has been featured on various sites and has hosted global conferences such as Stablecoin Summit 2023, Metaverse Spectrum Conference & Expo 2023, and many more. She was also nominated for "Women in Web 3.0" at the WomenInTech 2023 APAC Awards.

Shueisha Inc. is one of the leading publishers in Japan, founded in 1925. Our publications cover a wide range of subjects and genres, from magazines, literature, art, children’s, and reference books, to manga (comics/graphic novels).

Kodama joined Shueisha in 1993 after graduating from Keio University. Her career as an editor started at Seventeen magazine (1993-95). Subsequently she worked for non-no magazine (1995-2002), and the website HAPPY PLUS (formerly named s-woman.net (2002~15).

Drawing on her rich experience in editorial sections, she has been working in the corporate public relations department since January 2015, and is now in charge of the management and PR for literature published by her company.

Kotaro Nakashima

ANA Catering Service Co., Ltd.

Kotaro Nakashima joined ANA Group's Catering Service (ANAC) after graduating from the College of Naka-Nippon Aviation (CNA) in 2017. While attending CNA, he also took time to study at South Seattle College, U.S.

After joining ANAC, Kotaro gained experience first in the In-flight Meal Loading Department before being assigned to his current role in the Global Sales Department. Presently he is mainly responsible for sales of in-flight meals to non-ANA airlines and customer service for existing customers. He is also involved in activities to sell authentic, quality Japanese meals produced by in collaboration with respected suppliers in Europe and the U.S. to airline and other potential customers.

Through joining FCCJ, Kotaro is looking forward to interacting with diverse people and to expand and build his network and experience. Nice to meet you!
