Koshiro Nishiumi
CEO of K-FLEX JAPAN & TenAsa Corporation
Nishiumi is from Kobe, Japan and graduated with a Faculty of Science and Engineering of Waseda University in 1981- 1985. The same year he joined Mitsubishi Corporation as in charge of plastics and products then stationed in Jakarta 1990-1996.
In 2006, he joined L'ISOLANTE K-FLEX S.p.A. (Italy) and set up a subsidiary in Japan and became its Head. K-FLEX is a rubber foamed insulation material which is good for clean room applications like semiconductor factory, data center, beverage, food processing, and pharmaceutical factories because rubber foam is the only material which does not cause dust. In addition to that. Its extremely low vapor permeability gives long life of the insulation performance itself and frame.
Besides that, TenAsa has an exclusive agency of Lenzing Jacketing (by Lenzing Plastics GmbH & Co KG, Austria) . Lenzing Jacketing is a plastic based cladding & tape which can be replaced from metal jacketing. Its advantages compared with metal jacketing are ① Super light (weigh is only 1/6) ② Quick installation ③ Strong salt and chemical resistance ④ Good weatherability (UV resistance) ⑤ Recovery from dynamic pressure.
Lenzing Jacketing can be used with any kind of insulation materials however combination with K-FLEX is good to save manpower and time, namely the best solution to cover manpower shortage on site.
